Thank you for booking the Edupreneur Focus Session, a personalized service created to help you get clarity, direction, and real momentum in your teaching business.

Please take a moment to review the terms and conditions below. By purchasing this offer, you agree to the following:

1. What’s Included

When you purchase this session, you receive:

  • One (1) 75-minute Strategy Audit Session via Zoom

  • Three (3) weeks of voice coaching support delivered via KakaoTalk (free voice messaging app)

This service is designed to help you review your current business direction, clarify your next steps, and receive ongoing support as you implement. It’s a one-time service and non-transferable.

2. Payment Terms

The total payment is $497 USD, due in full at the time of booking.
All payments are processed securely via Kajabi. Access to book your Zoom session and receive Voxer support begins once your payment is confirmed.

3. Rescheduling & No-Shows

You may reschedule your Zoom session with at least 48 hours’ notice by email. There’s no limit to how many times you can reschedule, but I strongly recommend having your session within the first month so you can move forward with confidence.

If you don’t show up without notice, the session is considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of this service, no refunds will be issued after purchase. Please be sure you're ready to commit before making payment.

5. KakaoTalk Support (3 Weekss)

You can send messages anytime through KakaoTalk, and I’ll respond during working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–4pm (France time), excluding French public holidays. I typically reply within 24 hours, and I’ll always do my best to be timely and supportive.

6. Intellectual Property

All templates, tools, and frameworks shared are the intellectual property of Joa Academy & Joa Academy Pro and are for your personal use only. You may not share, edit, reproduce, or distribute any materials without permission.

7. Your Responsibility

This session is a collaboration, not a magic wand. I’ll bring clarity, strategy, and support—but your progress depends on your action and consistency.
No results are guaranteed, because only you can do the work—but I’ll be cheering you on every step of the way.

8. Confidentiality

Everything shared during your session and through KakaoTalk stays between us.
You can speak openly knowing it will be held in confidence, unless legally required to disclose information.
