Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between JOA ACADEMY and the client upon the download of the digital product.

1. Provision of Services

JOA ACADEMY agrees to provide the client with access to the "Course Creation Kickstarter." This course is delivered through an online platform, and clients will have immediate access to all lessons upon downloading the product.

2. Money-Back Guarantee Policy

2.1 Refund Conditions: Clients may request a refund within 2 days of purchasing the product, provided that they have not accessed any video lessons and have not downloaded the workbook. Refund requests are only valid under these conditions.

2.2 Content Access Clause: If the client has viewed any video lessons and/or downloaded the workbook, the money-back guarantee becomes void, and refund requests will be denied.

2.3 Refund Procedure: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 days, but the refund amount received by the client will depend on their bank's processing time.

3. Limitation of Liability

JOA ACADEMY endeavors to ensure the content, quality, and suitability of the course but does not warrant its actual results for any particular purpose. As a coaching service, JOA ACADEMY does not guarantee the client's success or failure.

4. Modifications and Termination

The terms of this Agreement may be modified at the discretion of JOA ACADEMY with prior notice to the client. The client may terminate this Agreement at any time, subject to the terms and conditions herein.

5. Miscellaneous

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. All disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in France.

By agreeing to this Agreement, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions stated above.
