Hi, I’m Eliza

As the founder of Joa Academy, I’ve created programs like Korean Joa and Anglo Joa to support language learners like you in reaching academic, professional, and personal growth.

My passion for teaching stems from my own language-learning journey - growing up in different countries, I learned to speak multiple languages by age 15 and started tutoring English to young learners. This experience made me realise how powerful and transformative language mastery can be!

With a background in language studies and years of experience teaching Korean, English, and Chinese, I love seeing my students achieve breakthroughs and succeed in their goals. My mission is to make language learning enjoyable and accessible, so you can confidently pursue your dreams!
